We are excited to announce the launching of the Community Development Leadership School in Cape Town. This is an innovative 5 month program which will run from June to November 2008 and is for anyone who has a strong desire to make a difference in communities affected by poverty, disease or injustice.

We have now started accepting donations for "Myanmar Relief" on the Every Nation website. Here is a summary of the current situation and how we can help. Myanmar (formerly known as Burma), took a direct hit from Cyclone Nargis on May 2 & 3, leaving an estimated 100,000 dead and up to 1 million at further risk due to lack of safe drinking water, food, shelter and medical assistance.

We are very pleased to announce that Every Nation Churches and Every Nation Ministries are now accredited members of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).

Please pray for protection for our Every Nation pastors and church members in India. Mumbai is constantly on high alert and seems to be on the hit list of the terrorists. Also there is news of the violence and attacks against Christians spreading to Mumbai and other parts of the country.

From July 17-25, five Filipino missionaries, led by Pastor Jonathan Bocobo, went to Myanmar for a second Every Nation medical and disaster relief trip.  In 9 days, more than 300 people still suffering in the aftermath of cyclone Nargis received medical and relief assistance.
